I've been living in the hostel for more than a year.

Despite the impression that people have against it,
i'm pretty much in love with it.

Hostel may not be co-ed, where guys and girls live next door and share the same bathroom;

nor does it have deluxe suites or delicious cuisine being served at the canteen.

Which ironically, hostel pretty much have the exact opposite of it, plus the guards that at times
givea such a headache to everyone, not including the countless ghost stories being circulated around.

But someway somehow, it has captured this boy's heart and
unexplainably, i really like it.

Maybe its because it's so closely assimilated with nature, having hills right at its sides, and beautiful trees waving at you all the time whether you wave back in gesture or not.

or the cooling shades which rustles away the heat of the the sun.

Or maybe the refreshing air you get every single morning when you open the window.
No doubt hostel is a really beautiful place and putting aside every other aspect, nature itself is already a great reason to be living or to move in hostel :) Where else can you find such a peaceful place in the heart of the chaotic,
hazy, polluted capital.

Yea, i admit,
I've been persuading every single person that has or has not the slightest interest in hostel to move in. I know i make sense, though sometimes
I'm doing it plain unnecessarily
XD
I guess its just human nature, to share something you really like.

See the birds, that's not all. There are monkeys, eagles, chicken (yes), lizards, cats you name it.

But the sad thing is, these sights are no longer available.Reality has finally confronted mother nature and she has been literally
harrested if not raped fatally by the
brutalness of civilisation. Hence this post of pictures, a tribute to the
nostalgic environment of hostel. Ah, sad.

Flowers of all kinds blossoming on trees, have you seen that? Too bad that they don't even need to
wilter no more, just being chop to the ground and rot.

Will be posting up the current faces of hostel the next time, meanwhile, let's give a piece or two of an appreciation to our surroundings.

Be it the scenery of beautiful sights that we like so dearly,

or the landscape or architecture that we admire,

or the ones that we truly love but never really told em,

or even,

little little things that we got accustomed to,

which are just there, and that we've been taking granted of all this while,

Rethink of how we started to like it, and how it made our day,

and think about what would happen if they were suddenly gone, and how we would regret of not giving it an extra attention, that much of care, love and apologies.

Cause we'll never know when would these beautiful things suddenly just leave our lives,

Just like how i might wake up one day to the horror of a cleared forest when the night before it was still a fertile land of healthy trees.

And just like how a friend may just leave our circle so abruptly when the night before we were still laughing and poking each other happily.

Lets treasure every detail of our lives, value everything that God has given to us, cherish every friend that you could named and appreciate all things that you might possibly be taking granted for.
And if one day any of them went missing, we would be happy to tell ourselves, "yea i'm real sad that its gone, but at least i treasured every moment of it" :)
