First there was that cheerleading season and Star newspaper just swamped in pages and pages on the recent high school cheerleading competition. Arguably, cheerleading is one of the most publisiced sport(if its a sport)in Malaysia. Which is good, which also means other sports needs such publicity as well so as to increaase their popularity and quality. Think bout it, if a kid knows that if he can play good basketball, not only can he go to upper leagues and play, he can make it on tv too. motivation ae?
ok back to the topic. The school had a hype of the cheerleading thingy so we had our own version of it. 5 schools, each we a team. LOL
I was a lil frustrated because i woke up just to watch the very first cheerleading competition in tar, and i forgot to bring my camera =.= noooooooo
so for the rest of the day, bare with my w850i camera with a layer of dust covering its lens.
btw, mr.red, whats with the fashion?
THE TEAMS
- Polax (School of Arts and Science)
- Al-Nenio (School of Business Studies)
- Secret (School of Technology)
- Phoenix(School of Pre-U Studies)
- 4got, i mean i forgot (School of Social Science and Humanity)
I took the photos below with my phone for the teams' introduction before some random people passed me her camera and ask me to take photos on her behalf.
It wasn't that bad i guess, they even had "Best Supporter Award". I did learn a thing or two out of this competition, not blablabla bout team spirit and all that...but, I learnt, that
1.) Cheerleaders are not leaders of their own. ( is so who's the leader among the cheerleaders? cheerleaders' leader?) They lead cheers, therefore the word Cheerleading. Tata XD
2.) Not all cheerleaders are hot...
the end XD
