Cause it's my dream to study in either
1. NYU or any of the ivy leagues in New York(i know, gossip girl influence man)
2. OXFORD
3. Stanford

My sis die die also wants me to study in London. X_X She even threatens me. "If you don't go to London, I won't follow you ok?!"

Me : "If I can study in Oxford, waooooo..."
Mum : "Is it good? (she was watching her TVB series)"
Me : (sis and I -- O_O) "DUH~~ it's one of the top 3 best universities around."
Mum : "Oh, safe or not?"
Me : " It's in London. And Oxford is a town itself. (meanwhile, sis gives me the julia roberts smile, yea yea she has a big mouth)"
Mum : "Oh, okay, go there lo."
Me : "VERY EXPENSIVE OKAY!!"
Mum : "Is it....get scholarship la!"
Me : "WHERE GOT SO EASY?!"
Mum : "Aiya..whatever..if you can go there good lo. (continues to watch her TVB)"
Me : "(continues talks about how prestigeous/awesome/old Oxford is..)"

But it's just a dream. :( Imagine, if i study in Oxford.. :D :D I get to wear those adorable Oxford heels, those cute dresses Blair Waldorf wore on Gossip Girl, Burberry designer bags (i have a plaids fetish)...wait..i'm not rich enough.

And then recently, my friend went to London, and she went to Oxford, omg, I'm so jealous, the place is BEAUTIFULLLL.

Anyways, US is out of question cause my parents thinks it's not safe at all and it's too far for them to visit. nvm, because we still have..

OXFORD.

It's times like this that I wish I'm super rich. No lie.

Happy birthday to myself. I should start praying to God about my wish to study to Oxford. :p

No lie, God grants my wishes in the weirdest ways..

I'll talk about it in the next post. It's really "fascinating" and it's not the first time something like that occured.

Hair issue

For all that had an issue with my hair, i'm here to settle it once and for all! XD

Why is it that so many people complain bout it? look like girl la, look like beggar la, look dirty la, look messy la bla bla bla. Don't care la!

Words for my dear hair:
thank you "ah hair",
for accompanying me through highs and lows,
for being soft and smooth,
for being patient when i swing you side by side,
for catalysing people to think that im Korean, (yes i'm not)
for contributing so much complains and compliments :)

Truth be told, i was really surprise that despite criticism, there's a few friends that actually liked my hair the way it is. I know its no big deal but guess what one of them said,

"You know what Yang, if i was your manager, i would make you an artist that is famous for his hair.I REALLY LIKE YOUR HAIR LA!"

Dusun Eco, Pahang

After a trip to port dickson months ago, i went to another trip to pahang on the 22nd september. the night before i was watching hot shot till 3 in the morning before starting to pack my stuff. Hostel then was spooky as its almost empty. and i was washing and hanging laundry at 3am XD

As maroon 5 woke me up with "Sunday Morning", i packed up and went to school. The bus left at 10 something and everyone was so energatic. surprised O-O

Leaches are everywhere. I just felt so excited seeing them, haha. Twice, i went into the jungle with slippers and short pants and i got nothing whereas others covered nearly every part of their body and somehow the slimmy living things still crawled into their clothing O-O

Kar Heng, the 17 year old trip organizer, was really impressed with how he handled things. Everything was under him and he did a really wonderful job!

Tears were shed, fears were overcome, touching experience for some. but since i could still take out the camera and shoot photos, i suppose it was ok for me :)

I did mention that i was in xXx team right? That night, we were given white t shirts and were ask to draw our own t shirt. enjoy...

The next morning, a whole line of activties were lined up for us. Although complain were stil intense, most people chose to go with the flow.

I felt stupid when the gang were assembling the kayak with bamboos, cause i couldn't help much. Anyhow, i made it up for the team by rowling real hard.haha.

For the second day, we moved out of the doom to be "closer to nature". We're camping out.

Lunch was good, like all meals, we had girls-shoud-jump-cat-flee as entertainment.

After lunch, the highlight of the trip--Flying Fox!

It wasn't an easy route to reach the top in the sense that, the only way there is through the hanging bridge again! XD

i had like,10 of those thing they're bbq-ing there.

It was a long night, most people didn't sleep in the camp but i did.so did Shane Jeffrey Monkey and Moon Hoe. Chatting in a tent with resonance compliment by nature's symphony was both enjoying and soothing. hehe. Some went night walking again with lanterns. Don't ask me why. Memorable night indeed.
