Tell me, are the lil blue dots in the pics moving??
Surprisingly, this is a still pic, not a gif and the dots are not supposed to be moving.
Mine's moving slowly. But if you stare at it (like really really stare, FOCUS), it will not move at all..
HEADACHE @_@ I spent like 2 mins staring at it. D:
It's supposedly a test for the criminals because once you get nervous, it's hard to focus and you'll be seeing the blue dots moving at high speed.
