Get-away to the beach!

It feels as if i just came back from Penang last december when sushiloverice.blogspot.com is bringing you there once again :)

Jo and i were tagging along the SSSS for a rm60 trip to Penang for two days and a night. (SSSS= Sabah Sarawak Student Society :p)

First stop: Penang Hill

My camera ran out of battery right after i took this last photo when the trip just started ==
the rest was taken with non-other than my faithful w850i :)






Found a garden up at Penang hill. The flowers were gorgeous really.

The School Bus that freezed all of us up.

Accomodation: YMCA

It was really more than i what i expected. very comfy.

With yellow autumn like leaves outside of the window and clean mattress, that was enough.



Penang Food: Which yet to impressed me the last time

Roadside hawker, nice but, expensive. hehe

Mua Zhi, for the first time, i finally know what it looks and taste like :D
Stuffy flour-like pieces dressed with peanut powder.

Getting lost in the Pearl of Orient was one of the "favourite" activity for the trip.
We got lost till midnight for the first night when we couldn't find YMCA.haha

Luckily, we end up at satisfactory places though we're lost.

I gotta admit this time around, the food was impressive :)

Maybe i could have put more effort in writing captions for the pictures, but i guess it wasn't that bad :) Hope you like the photos :) Penang trip was wonderful. Minimum restrictions as no advisor or teacher followed. hehe.
