Budget for the stage was RM1500. but i blew it, hope i can claim the extras.

As for the period of missing in action on blogging, here's what i've been doing :-

We had this habit of taking photos everyday since there were so many mirrors. ok does those both even relate.haha

The mask was carved without an electonic saw. All manual :)

Setting up the Stage

caughting someone doozing off again XD
at least i can see how serious you are on your work, still holding on though dreaming.

Hairdo Once More
our committee mask, though its not as nice, at least its nicer than..

Letter Laker

And when the time ticks closer, people's pace fasten and it is just obvious that the atmosphere is stiring up.

The whole sport complex was aligned with candles like this. The darkness was dimly lid by these mysterious romantic little things :)

The first band rocking the crowd with mumbling vocals yet strong instrumental performance.

While the stage made me speechless, i was still able to shoot some pictures though just with my phone. But i still think its nice, how bout you? :)

SBS MYSTIQUEL NIGHT REVIEW

-from the stage director

It is to my deepest apology that sushiloverice has not been serving to its cuisine-quality but do not worry as the "chef" is back.(haha). Due to the amount of work poured down, i've practically assigned every minute of mine into utils to the extent that sleepless is just one part of everyday.

SBS MYSIQUEL NIGHT
has just ended 2 days ago. Concerning the preparation put in, it certainly ended fast. To make a full summary, the event was way above expectation because it was just A school's night,(School of Business Studies) not the whole college. However, the volume and magnitude brought up could be bigger than any events imaginable in college. Attendance to be exact was a sum of 1280 guests not including committees and crews. So basically, the venue which usually was attended with 2-300 attendees for other events, was filled with more than 1.3k of human beings! Way the go SBS NIGHT! More surprisingly was, our tickets not only sold out a week before, there were auctions for them on friendster that ultimately reached RM50, and people actually bought it. (just so you know, our ticket cost just one fifth of that)

Frankly, to state the point of view of a neutral audience, the event wasn't that successful due to the program lined up. Ok audiences might not think so thoroughly but i think, the reason why the event encountered such emotional recession was to the fault of the program. O well, post mortem just past and no one blamed them so, O WELL.haha.

But apart from that, i really enjoyed it. The ambiance that me and my stage crews did was (i dare say) wonderful. The program team were so smart to plan the event from 6 (which the day was still bright) so we covered all the windows with sugar paper and lid candles on every window. It looks miraculously haunting yet romantic. And the stage was... o well XD i don't really like to boast but, honestly, truthfully, thankfully, the stage was breath-taking.

Opening of the night was awesome, with the dim purplish red lights aligning on the walkway leading towards the stage,
one by one they ignite as the head of school walk up the dark stage. And when the vvip's pull the cloth off an unknown object which was placed in the middle of all attention, a elegantly crafted mask the size of a dining table came in sight. Swiftly after the vvip's went down, the whole stage lid up in a split of a second and the opening band jammed away into the mysterious surrounding. That night, awesomeness found its new definition.

The program went on too well when a dance group which really choreograph their dance mysteriously that it was mind-blowing! It is exactly too well that caused the recession of the following program where the magician came out and pull the smiling face out of everyone. No one knew whether he did it on purpose or he was just amateur but anyway, thanks for performing =.=

Of course there was the prom queen king nomination and all that sh** but honestly, no one actually gave a donkey bout it and i forgot how they look like anyway. If i were to mention everything that happened it would be as long as the great wall so i'll just skip the un-fun part and jump to the dance floor.

Our main objective was to had a waltz dance floor where people dance like the "Enchanted" with Jon McLaughlin singing "So Close" at the back. The crowd took sometime to warmed up and eventually, the mystiquel romance slowly arrived. Some were wearing their mask in conjunction to the theme, others waltz away into the smooth music that almost made me cry XD I actually felt kinda down because there wasn't that someone to really lay your emotions down and dance. Came across a few but i was just too stupid to walk away after a few steps. Maybe the ambiance was killing the software inside the hardware where unrecognized device just couldn't be plug-in. There! i found a good relating way of saying that :P

The orgasm (sorry for the vocabs i use) was when the music changed into a mixture of Usher+Rihanna+Sean Kingston and other beat-ful music. People were dancing like there's really no tomorrow and i believe everyone had a great time then. This was the program that saved the whole event from awful critism the next day. It was practically like clubbing, just that there is no liquor and the crowd was many times larger than the conjested clubs. The music was good, the lighting's were perfect, the crowd was high, someone was flying, the school officials weren't that happy, the stage was outstanding, the night was tremendous :)

In conclusion, it really was an extraordinary night despite the flaws of the program. "Clubbing in College"Dancing in the huge venue of the sport complex was really enjoying. Thank you everyone that worked hard to made it a success. Specially, my dearest stage crews :)

Do not worry bout how the stage looks, will be posting them all up and mind you, be ready! XD

~OFF ON STAGE BUILDING~

Exhaustion Thereom

Maybe exhaustion was just an ideology
an ideology of the lack of energy

Or a force you pick up from other tiring people
who looks partially dead and dreadful
They might influence you to think the same
that you're out of strength and giving in

Maybe i was influenced,
by both ideology and people,

or maybe, i'm just too tired.

even if i am worse than a beast..

Don't I have the right to live??

Ok, I'm pissed...at Hollywood and Steven Spielberg. They're going to make a remake of Old Boy starring...WILL SMITH.

what??

wut?!!

WILL SMITH?!!

OMFG. Don't touch Old Boy. NOOOOO. It will definitely be a huge flop fo sho.

Old Boy is by far..the most crazy twisted movie ever. T__T It's WAYYYYY twisted than batman 2. Actually...I just watched it this morning. haha. I've heard rave reviews about this movie like..years ago but never got the guts to watch it cause it's supposedly "gory" and very twisted. This morning, I was kinda bored so I watched it.

O.M.G

It's like mind rape. Oh Dae Su. I cannot picture Will Smith as Oh Dae Su with the infamous hammer. I just can't. I cannot imagine how Hollywood would react to such a twisted plot (I mean seriously, they can't even handle Brokeback Mountain or a song called I kissed a girl before they start complaining how it influences this generation bla bla *rolls eyes*)

It's nothing like the sappy lovey dovey typical korean movies. Actually hor, it's not that "gory". But then again, I'm quite immune to such things. lol. Highly recommended. It's one of the most original plots around, really awesome and plays with ppl's minds.

It's revolves around REVENGE. VENGEANCE. and sth else disgusting. Basically, a man was kidnapped and imprisoned for 15 years without any reasons and was suddenly released........(to be continued if you watch the movie)....

LINK TO OLD BOY (WITH ENG SUBS) PART 1)

Watch it k. It's really good.

shit, can't stop thinking about it. Makes me reflect on myself. T_T

Oh yea, I have to mention the great artwork in this film. Very different way of filming, very artistic and refreshing. Yang, you must watch this if you haven't. Haha.

Did you know that...

"Don't worry, Be happy" is very much biblical? :o

To wake up from my busy thoughts, i realize how much stuff i've been going through which are really in my interest zone. At first i was excited, then i started worrying, in fear of not getting the job done or up to expectations.

But to know that actually, all this is just what God's giving me, i realized again, that there's just no need to worry at all :)

This morning i woke up to finish my last minute assignment, guess what's it? Drawing! haha. Its for my dance lesson, and the above its what i've drawn. Instead of following everyone which copy and paste from the net and print, i chose to copy a lil, but draw. What do you think about it? XD

Dance lesson have been very very enjoying. (Mum, the school wants us to join it so don't go complaining bout me joining too much stuff k) We learned some Australian dance, rock n roll, hip-hop and more to come. And last week, we had to present a dance by our own. I really never thought of doing this, but we actually prepared and dance to "Big Bang's Lie". Hahahahaha. nice!

I know how much Andrew laughs at my dance move, but people in lessons actually thought i had dancing background. Surprising huh? haha
.

Nostalgic art-work which had gone missing :p

The original "T" in WTF. guess it looks too...fugly :p anyway i would love to see how the school officers would react when they see this

Someone's trademark
~the days where art were more than sleeping time~

The flyers going on public! Story bout this flyer:
  1. Andrew took out his slipper and threw at me persistantly after seeing it at the hostel noticeboard.
  2. I saw a girl in my course keeping this flyer in her transparent file, so i came up to her and said, "nice flyer you got there". And guess what she replied...."Thank you" =.=''
Alright i think its time i reveal this. The 5 gorgeous charming people in the above picture went to join a singing competition called "Encore", and they called themselves-
"Above 5.9..with Heels" with
Andrew(Filipino), Azhar(Malay), me(Korean), Thip(Thai) and Jo(Vietnamese).

Besides me and jo's nationality, the others are true. How multicultural our group are huh! We've been REALLY practicing our vocals as well as our dance. That's where i get all those laughing from about my dance =.= "saya benci pembuli". Song's we've sang includes- "Belaian Jiwa" (malay), "Back Here" (english), "Pak-pak"(Dusun, and i don't know the song title) and "Stop" from Spice Girls :D

Anyway, it was very fun singing with you guys, though they were low and high times. I bet we all enjoyed it, specially when we rock the audition room XD We went through first and second audition. Currently we're pending on the results for the last audition on whether we make it into the FINALS!!! and i have a big feeling we're making it alright!

Had my English presentati
on recently, which i enjoyed very much, talking in front of people, and which is one of the very few presentations that i really put effort in.

For this one, i spent a whole day searching information on it, and really tried presenting it as interesting as i can. Thank You Kimmun for saying i had this thing that made people listen :) (she was doing her tutorial) The reason for the hardwork was because, i find that the teacher had something against me, maybe just that lil something, so i wanted to prove her good! but eventually, she's the authority, and she said it all =.= anyway i'm still happy :)

o yea, the picture? i woke up 3 minutes before class, so i forgot my socks XD it may look disgusting for the first few minutes, but after that, i thought it looked like some new fashion XD

Yes, i think i mentioned this before but didn't elaborate. I'm the stage director for the upcoming SBS MYSTIQUEL NIGHT, a night to show appreciation to whoever it may concerned and, to party in the mysterious ambience of a prom night :) Desgins by desgins were drawn and even this picture above wasn't the final product. But i finished the final one today and i'm sticking it with it in God's grace :D (after all that i went through) lol. Had a meet up with a stage company personnel. Things didn't appeared to be as what we expected, but anyhow it was a blessed trip. The seniors kept bursting my phone to warned me of how difficult that person was but hey, it was a beneficially fun talk :) thanks to Cyrus, Kai Xin and Mun Hoe.

yes? you've got something to tell me?

The Mystiquel Night Committee Members were given a day of superstar treatment with free hairdo and photoshoot. Thanks to Mun Hoe again, we all had a make-over and took breathe-taking pictures! haha. sadly mine wasn't that nice but i'm still thankful.

Honestly, i really like it when people gave me that look when they saw my hairdo. Some thought i was some hair-dresser working in the saloon, some thought i look like "L" from death note, some thought i look like a vegetable XD

~!~! Stage Department !~!~

That's Kai Xin (happy), my lovely stage assistant. Just wanna say thank you for all the work and effort!! We've still have a lot to do but i'm sure our stage will be breathe-taking :) and, Sorry that you had to make your hair again just to suit mine. Anyhow it turned out worthy right? "Do the RIGHT thing!" haha.

That's all for now. Still have tutorials to run on. Just before i end, i wanna give my greatest appreciation and thanks to you Jesus! i know you're reading this, thank you for being there for me all these while, you made my tough moments easier and my easy moments happier and my happier moments pleasuring! :) Love ya!
