Good early Morning

Another night at Taylor's! only this time i had no mattress or bed to sleep on =.= haha

So, i decided to stay up all night..

Well it was 4 o'clock when Anthony went to bed so, just a few hours till dawn

I never really stayed through the whole night before. Since i heard that architecture students don't sleep, which is spelled as a FACT, ( it is a fact ok!) this would be a good training ae?

Just one thing though, the training will be use in, let me see, two more years, 2010 :)

I did not accept the 100% scholarship.. Reason?

For the info, architecture courses can't be finish locally unless its in IPTA (Institute Pendidikan Tinggi Awam). In other words, government Universities.

So exclude the Diploma that i was offered, it would cost around 400K for 3 years in Australia or UK.

MEDICINE IS NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE COURSE ! LOL

I craved for overseas study experience...like who doesn't.

If you're someone like Yien, lucky lo u :p ... just study and choose you're prefered uni while you collect and prepare to give a wonderful sweet speech bout the experience to others.

A lot of kids are like Yien, But a lot more are like me.

Its ok though, though its not that ok :p but its still ok. Malaysia not bad what *sarcasm. haha

Anyway, back to the sleepless nights, talking bout that, reminds me of James Blunt's "Same Mistake". Awuwuwu wu wu .. :p

Oh, and congrats to Yang for the 100% scholarship (i think it's kinda dumb for him to hesitate. Hello, got 100% scholarship also "still thinking". I guess he wanted something BETTER *coughsoverseaslifefullwithhotchick&pronscough* )

Honestly, I also can't wait to experience life overseas. :p But I know I'll be homesick to death. (but sometimes if my mom goes travelling for like a short while, i'll be so worried, i'll start thinking of my mom getting robbed, kidnapped..etc. Yes, i know God will def protect her, but i can't help but worry. And LING YUN YUN, don't run away. :p )

Is UK a really nice place? I mean, it's so cold and humid. :x (it's like my sis' DREAM place to study, i also dunno why, maybe I'm the one who's weird.) Anyways, I want to go to Melbourne. Maybe cos i have friends there. I will find it easier for me. I'll find that emma bum and eat all the sushi up. XD (emma says that there's hawt asian dudes in monash *hyperventilates*)

I would really really LOVE LOVE to study in Japan and South Korea. But after being in Japan for a mere two weeks, I dropped the idea. Seriously, u dunno what's expensive until u go to Japan. Lemme see, a simple bento(bian dang, aiya,FOODDD) box costs like..... Rm30+.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! Want to cry liao. The taxi fee (mind u, short distance) can go as high as RM 100!! A bowl of ramen --- RM 10. Er okay la, it's considered very cheap there. My favourite store in Japan is the 100 yen store!! HAHAHA! It's the best store ever. 100 YEN SHOP FTWWWWW!!! But really la, I understand why everything is so expensive. Japan, honestly, so advanced, feels like being in another world.

First, don't use taxi, okay. Use railway. They have (imo) the most complicated railway i've ever seen. I CAN'T EVEN READ THE FRIGGIN MAP. WTH. It's like someone decided to doodle and just paste it there.
Mind you, we didn't follow tour, we went there by ourselves and we speak no japanese. (Luckily i know kanji (yay for us who read chinese), i can briefly know what it's saying) In Malaysia, we only have one line, which is the MRT.
In Japan, i think they probably have like 10 (SO MANY LOR). LOL, it got so confusing that the moment we got off Narita Airport, we got separated. haih~ At that time, want to cry liao. But eventually we reached the hotel.

Bullet train is better than Airplane. Telling you the truth. Seat is so much bigger. Somewhat the same speed as the airplane too what. So funny, I remembered we saw the bullet train passed by our station, we were so shocked la. It's SOOO FAST and it felt like earthquake. So we were all O_____O but the japanese had the same ol' I'MSOBORED expression.

True, japanese at the subway look so bored all the time. They're either reading manga/talking on the phone(THEIR CELLPHONE SO PRETTY OMG!)/sleeping/space off. I rarely see people talking, well, except for my family, kinda embarrassing, later they think chinese aren't civilised people cos' we talk so loud.

Speaking of their subway, it's like ANOTHER WORLD. O_O It's a freaking shopping mall underground. And eh, I really like their clothes, so "in". But haha, the price, can kill me.

Isetan there is so FRIGGIN BIG until I cannot explain how big. Buildings so BIG and TALL. But why ,the houses so small.

People there are so SO fashionable, they make us look so bad and plain. (I was 15 then, still naive. don't dress up. sigh. :p) Seriously, the girls, their hair!! It seems like every one of them walked out from the salon everyday. And their nails.. O____O But the guys, eh, too skinny, eat more!

Bad thing, majority of the people in Tokyo uses DEATH STICK. death stick everywhere..
Oh, I see drunk girls and guys during 7am.

People there....SO POLITE! The way they speak, how cute. Though, the way some girls speak is highly annoying.

And everyone's favourite, SHORT SHORT MINI school uniforms. (How come Japan allow this? But the girls there so KAWAII and i see them EVERYWHERE, do they even have school??) I know why there are so many perverts in Japan. Playboy magazine sold in 7-11. They have playboy channel and their very own AV girls channel. I doubt they have any movies that's rated R. Sexually explicit materials doesn't seem to be censored AT ALL. People say America is so liberal and they think Asian countries are so conservative. Please exclude Japan next time.

I watched this channel once, and they said that lil school girls (like 7/8 yrs old) have to protect themselves and carry this whistle with them because MEAN, OLD ,DISGUSTING PERVERTS are everywhere. I can't help but feel so sorry for these young girls. =( I mean, what if one of those disgusting perverts touch u when u were 7, u don't even know it's bad!! Then u come back and tell ur mum " Mummy, today, an old guy touch my *%$^*, it's very itchy. " Sigh, die you perverts.



Why did I start blogging about Japan?? O_O Anyways, Japan is a really nice place to travel around (especially if u've got big bling bling, too bad I don't). But I don't think i would love to stay there for a long term.

Did i mention I experienced my first earthquake there? LIKE SERIOUSLY, TWICE SOME MORE!!

And very true, their internet speed is faster. Cause Japanese people are so kind to let us use internet for free. HARHAR, we'll never get that here. :p

Time flies. For real. Trial exam coming up in 3 weeks. Haven't studied. -_-

Life is Uncertainty... No, Uncertainty is Life !

When i first wrote the word, which some people thought its "jiwang" (better raise hand ha), i really have no idea how serious things can really go. But it really does! man! XD

When i came back from KL,
I was all lost and didn't know what to do.
Before that i could say, "wait for results first laa"
But nothing to wait liao le :P
And i found out that parents can't afford me to study Architecture
So was all emo and all that.

Then suddenly,

Taylor's office in Kuching called on Monday telling me i have an interview for a 100% scholarship in Architecture Diploma at Taylor's KL the coming Wednesday. O.O
You see what i mean..
Mum say just go and try while getting interview experience loo,
not that much bout actually studying though interested.
So i finish up any remaining scholarship applications and
before i can say goodbye, flew to KL the next day (Tuesday)
Didn't meet up with friends before leaving after the first incident which some kept in on their mouths. LOL

Ok, so i went to the interview which was just the next day of arrival.
Did try to prepare.
Hop on a bus and reach Taylor's before noon.
Talked to most of the interviewees, (and found out that i stand quite a good chance XD *grins)
Waited from 11.30 till 4.00 evening until finally it was my turn.
Interview went quite well bla bla bla..
But i could smell that it really wasn't bout helping students,
giving 100% to the best candidates and all that,
its more to a business tactic to secure tuition fees T.T
They insist on the question

"IF I GIVE YOU PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP, WOULD YOU STILL ACCEPT IT?"

They ask me that particular question for more than 3 times though i tried to play with words to escape from answering..
Blaa, went home after that disappointing interview.


Life is as uncertain as it gets.
I'm back to zero after being toyed around i would say.
Tried to apply more scholarships which i hope is not that business-centered.
Sime Darby scholarship was really one of the most tiring application..
Spend whole day typing

Then suddenly,

unintentionally i pressed "backspace"
BU! everything was gone =.= o dear...
(DO NOT PRESS BACKSPACE WHEN YOU'RE FILLING UP FORMS)

Tried it another time that evening,
There was SO MANY ESSAYS to write and when i finish everything,
my stomach made a sweet sound 10times indicating its 10pm
Mum was angry cause i didn't let her check through before sending,
thats because there was a question asking bout "Who inspire you the most to excel?"
and i wrote bout my dad **

O yea, Taylor's offered me 50% at first, so i didn't take it.

Nothing much to do AGAIN and mum ask whether i wanna continue visiting colleges.
After my previous experience, visiting wasn't that enjoyable actually.
But definitely NOT this time!

Went to TAR college.
At first it was ok, didn't felt so amazed bout it.
But the more i see, the more speechless i get
IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL!!!
The wide campuses, the landscapes, the wonderful atmosphere, the....
Reminds me a lot bout Jay's <>

There was even a swimming pool!
3 basketball courts! Taylor's has none =.=
The HUGE hall!
Very impressive indeed :P
And when it comes to fees, its even more breathtaking.

Whole diploma is like 7000, thats not even enough for one year in other colleges OK
and if you get 9A's,
you'll get 100% scholarship without interview or whatever tactics
*hints :P
And accommodation, A beautiful resort campus with super affordable living expanses, I'm so loving it.

Meanwhile, from the information i've been collecting,
Architecture students really don't sleep.
and their work is very stressFULL
So maybe it wasn't such a bad thing that i'm not getting the 100%
Maybe God has a better plan which i'm really looking forward too.
Hope its in Tar college :)

But school starts in May for TAR, which is just nice..
Cause i was planning to go Johor and maybe Singapore for a last break before school.
Really wanna go to New Generation Church to see Pastor Prince charm in preaching.

The Japan Tour will end in May, 2 days in Super Arena which can hold 34,000 people but there was news not long ago that 40,000 tickets were sold out in a sec. The power of DBSK!! :D So sad, I want to go, but i speak no japanese. maybe i should learn japanese since i know some kanji. T__T and so expensive too (actually not really leh, RM200..but accommodation kills all)

I hope they can have a dome tour next year. :D A dome can fit in 50,000 people!!

- sometimes I don't agree with the judges. (they judge your pronunciation and your "Style" even before they look at your vocals, so...ehhhh?)
- But that's cause they want to find some IDOL power. (i presume)
- But they don't know that we're damn sick of sugary voices and singers with no talents.
- Luckily xing guang bang can sing.
- hence, XGB pwns ALLL the other taiwanese bands (except for a few that i like such as Mayday, NQMM, FIR etc.)

Yang, don't be so pissed. :p I think the reason why Taiwan is lacking better talents it's cos' people there are fond of the same ol' sugary voices and generic songs. IMHO (In My Honest Opinion),korean and japanese music is more diverse and the artists have better voices. In Japan, u cannot lipsync. maybe u can, like only once. Whereas in Korea, people lipsync like crazy(not all lipsync la, plus their boybands and girlgroups can sing except for wonder girls XD) but DAMN they can dance. I'm not lying, Korea, Taiwan and Japan music industry all have their weak points but I prefer korean music.

Eh, but I'm a hypocrite, I still listen to chinese pop, not as much. Just that I hope they change la. HIM, bring your fahrenheit boys back and train them to sing. And don't plagiarize korean songs anymore. A lot of taiwanese hit songs are actually korean songs and many people don't realize this. X_X

Ah, okay, I was chatting with yang just now about this "sensitive" issue that is...

Taiwanese(chinese) music industry VS Korean music industry.

So obvious I will be on K's side whereas Yang is on the cpop side.

Anyways, I used to be a major cpop and English music fan until I found Japanese and Korean music and decided to ditch the rest. I dunno la, chinese music is so repetitive sometimes lor, like, the lyrics are somewhat the same, the melody also what. And what is even worse is that, most of the popular/ famous cpop singers.....omg..*so embarrassed* CANNOT HOLD A NOTE PROPERLY!! I know la, who am I to complain so much. But seriously la, I can't help but feel so embarrassed when they sing so horribly live and yet think they're so lihai.

And before u're talking about JAY CHOU, NO, he CANNOT sing. if u think he can sing SING, the sky will drop okay. Jay Chou IS a genius (one of the best composers :D) but sorry hor, his singing skills not that GENG leh. Someone who mumbles a lot is not considered to be the best singer of the world. But I don't think he's overrated. (: He's one of my favourite cpop artist. He deserves the fame. (though, i heard from a lot of people, he has this diva attitude and he thinks he's better than everyone else, but..i think he's better than most cpop singers so yeah. :p OMG I'm so biased)

Yea yea, wang lee hom ,david tao, fish leung can sing.. *yawns* Actually, I find Fish's voice to be incredibly NASAL, it's like she sings while she's pinching her nose, I FIND IT ANNOYING sometimes. O_O It's like BoA. BoA seems to be singing like that when she's in Japan. Gee, Japan and their obsession with nasally voices.

Good Friday

When i was a kid i never knew how significant Good Friday was.

I knew it was the day that Jesus was crucify but i didn't felt and understand it deeply.
All i remember was the whole church would hold candles and the lights would be turn off,
looks very peaceful and holly to me :)


And for many years, I was looking forward to the day that my birthday meets the same day as Good Friday :p And it did! haha

But actually, actually Good Friday wasn't just a holy day for a holiday.
(My primary school was St. Paul and we do have holidays on holy days :)

Yesterday...

After Malaysian studies class (i don't like that teacher. FINISH PRESENTATION ALREADY STILL CANNOT GO OUT?! ) So we decided to go to the GLOBAL education fair at merdeka palace (so near ma).

Aiya, what a disappointment, where got global. I was interested in the first place cause it wasn't the same ol' AUSTRALIA-UK-NZ-US education fair. I wanted to see JAPAN & KOREA badly. *sigh* Saw Ai Dee though. She "grew" a lot. AMAHJING. XD

before that, we were finding the place. U see ha, sarah parked her car at level 2. WE DIDN'T KNOW THE FAIR WAS AT LEVEL 2. So we stupidly went to the lobby, wandered around then went up to level 1. Then we went down again to find adik yi wei(small but mature boy XD) Then we went up again. THEN finally someone told us it was at level 2. Wa lau, exercise a.. -_-

After 10 mins, we were like..so BOREDDD.. so we went out lo. Sigh, I NEVER LIKED MERDEKA PALACE because of piano exams. It's like a freaking maze. NO DIRECTION. So us, pretending to be smart, walked to the "emergency" stairs.

Then it was like kinda chilly, we were quite lost. So we decided to head back to ask for direction.

OMG.

THE DOOR CANNOT OPEN!!

Shit la, all of us were like.. O____O we don't want to die there!! We panicked like shit, rush to level 1. OMG DOOR LOCKED ALSO. Lobby, OMG door cannot open. -___-

I was starting to sweat again. (of course la, run up run down, if you don't sweat, it's weird, no?)

then, YI WEI TO THE RESCUE!! thank you small but mature boy.. :D :D

We called him and I bet he was like "WTF??!" XD Took him quite a while to find the emergency door. All of us were like SO RELIEVED. XD
